We're a crazy bunch, but in a professional way. We like to have fun while delivering challenging projects and assignments. We work from home 100% in a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift (CA time) so we spend most of our employee activities in a virtual setup.

Position: Sales Professional (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract)
Location: Remote (work from home) - Canada-wide, preferably near Calgary
Experience: Minimum of 5 years, preferably in the IT industry

Have a proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales role within the IT industry.
Have experience with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Uplead, Zoom Info, or Lead411.
Have strong communication and negotiation skills.
Are self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Have excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Have ability to work independently from home and travel as needed.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Systema's market base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients.
Actively prospect for new leads by performing regular sales outreach and using tools such as LinkedIn, Uplead, Zoom Info or Lead411.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals.
