Microsoft 365 Consulting Partner in Canada

Microsoft 365 Consulting for Canadian Businesses

Work from anywhere. Stay protected everywhere. Get an AI teammate along the way with Microsoft 365.

Your team doesn't work 9-to-5 in one office anymore, and they shouldn't have to fight their software to get things done. Microsoft 365 gives your people the tools to collaborate, communicate, and now, work with AI — all backed by enterprise-grade security that doesn't get in the way.

We've been helping Canadian businesses plan, migrate to, and actually get value out of Microsoft 365 since 2015.

What your team will love about Microsoft 365

Give your people room to actually do their best work.

Nobody wants to dig through five apps to find one file or piece together a project from three different email threads. Microsoft 365 puts everything your team needs to collaborate in one place:

  • Meet and message with Microsoft Teams — chat, video calls, and webinars, whether your team is down the hall or across three time zones.

  • Collaborate in real time with SharePoint — no more "final_v3_ACTUALLYFINAL.docx." Everyone works from the same living document.

  • Share files safely with OneDrive for Business — including with people outside your organization, without emailing sensitive attachments around.

  • Manage email and calendars anywhere with Outlook, powered by Exchange — on your laptop, your phone, or your tablet, always in sync.

Give your people room to actually do their best work

Microsoft Copilot 365: less "assistant," more teammate

Microsoft 365 Copilot has come a long way from "help me write an email." In 2026, it's genuinely doing work, not just suggesting it:

  • Copilot Cowork hands off entire tasks, draft a report, builds a deck, reconciles a spreadsheet, and comes back with a finished deliverable, not just a starting point. It's now generally available worldwide, and it's the feature we get asked about most.

  • Work IQ grounds every answer in your organization's actual files, chats, and meetings — not generic internet knowledge so the output reflects real context, not guesswork.

  • Choice of AI models, including OpenAI's latest GPT models and Anthropic's Claude, so that different types of work (deep research vs. visual design vs. quick chat) use the model best suited to it.

  • Copilot is built into the apps you already use — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook — plus Copilot Notebooks to organize AI-assisted work by project.

  • Agent 365, Microsoft's new governance layer for managing and securing AI agents at scale, so IT can see and control what Copilot and custom agents are actually doing across the business.

And for the low-code side of the house, the Power Platform is still very much part of the Microsoft 365 story:

  • Microsoft Power Apps — build the business app you actually need, without a developer.

  • Microsoft Power Automate — turn the repetitive stuff (approvals, notifications, data entry) into a workflow that runs itself.

  • Microsoft Power BI — turn scattered spreadsheets into dashboards your leadership team will actually look at.

We help you figure out which of these is worth turning on now, what to hold off on, and how to roll it out so people actually use it because AI tools nobody adopts are just an expensive line item.

Protect the business without slowing your people down.

Security shouldn't feel like a locked door that your team has to keep asking someone to open. Microsoft 365's built-in protection works quietly in the background:

  • Blocks unsafe attachments, phishing links, and malware before they reach an inbox

  • Protects company data on both personal and company-owned devices

  • Controls who can access what, from where, with identity and access management built in

  • Gives IT visibility into AI agent activity across the organization (via Agent 365), so shadow AI doesn't become a blind spot

The goal isn't to lock everything down. It's to let your team work from anywhere, on any device, without becoming your next security incident.

Protect the business without slowing your people down.

Work with a trusted Canadian Microsoft 365 Partner

Anyone can sell you a license. We've been the team that answers the phone after the sale since 2015.

We work with small and mid-sized Canadian organizations, which means we're not trying to fit your business into an enterprise playbook built for a company ten times your size. Our team has spent years elbow-deep in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and the Power Platform, so if your Microsoft 365 rollout touches your accounting system, your CRM, or your reporting, we're not learning that on your dime. We already know how it connects.

Frequently asked questions about Microsoft 365

What is Microsoft 365? Microsoft 365 is Microsoft's all-in-one subscription for getting work done, built around three layers: the everyday tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), the AI that works alongside you (Copilot, now including Copilot Cowork for handling entire tasks start to finish), and the security running underneath it all (identity protection, device management, and data loss prevention). It's billed per person, per month, and always kept up to date. Small and mid-sized businesses typically start with Business Standard for core productivity apps, or Business Premium if they need stronger built-in security.

What's the difference between Office 365 and Microsoft 365? Office 365 covers the core productivity and collaboration apps — email, Office apps, file storage. Microsoft 365 includes everything in Office 365, plus device management and the advanced security features from Enterprise Mobility + Security, and as of 2026 deeper built-in AI through Copilot and Copilot Cowork.

What is Microsoft 365 Copilot, and is it worth it? Copilot is Microsoft's AI assistant built directly into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. In 2026 it goes further with Copilot Cowork, which can complete entire tasks — like drafting a full report or building a presentation — rather than just suggesting text. Whether it's "worth it" depends on how your team works today; we typically run a short readiness assessment before recommending a rollout, since the value comes from how it's set up and adopted, not just from turning it on.

How much does Microsoft 365 cost for a small or mid-sized business? Pricing is per user, per month, and varies by plan (Business Basic, Standard, Premium, or enterprise tiers with Copilot add-ons). Because plans and Copilot licensing have changed with Microsoft's 2026 pricing updates, the most accurate way to get a number for your team size is a quick consultation — we'll map the right plan to what you actually need, not the plan with the biggest markup.

How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take? It depends on your current environment, but most small-to-mid-sized migrations (mailboxes, file shares, and Teams/SharePoint setup) take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months. We scope this properly upfront so there are no surprises mid-project.
