Jayme Hall is the Executive Director of the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce. Beginning his career in broadcasting and marketing, Jayme has been the Executive Director of the Okotoks Chamber of Commerce since 2017.

The Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit organization, directed by a team of volunteers, dedicated to helping local businesses thrive in our community. The Chamber actively promotes, facilitates, and strengthens the business climate by providing: leadership, representation, networking opportunities, service and education to Chamber members. The Chamber is an advocate for policy development on all three levels of government.

In his role with the Chamber, Jayme has worked with business owners and entrepreneurs at all levels and has developed a reputation as a collaborative source of problem-solving and advocacy. Jayme is tireless in his supprt for SMEs and has a keen interest in supporting the mental health of people in business. 

 

Your Hosts 

Ross Raczynski, is an Account Manager for Systema Solutions and previously was an Executive/Partner for a large Retail Organization. Ross' first hand experiences in Business with roles managing Sales, Operations, Business Development, Human Resources and IT, have developed a new passion for helping other businesses improve productivity, automate and make smarter decisions. 

He places a strong regards to being positive, being trustworthy and caring. Believing everyday is important to make yourself better! An avid reader of self help and business development books, and in turn, a mentor and speaker to help others gain insight.

 

Euniz Brown, is the founder and Chief Information Officer of AxE IT Consulting Inc. She is known for accelerating business performance through information technology and provides CIO-Level strategic support.  She is a respected Information Technology leader with well over a decade of experience accelerating business performance through IT in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, and government. She has often led corporate change with a fully engaged approach, driving diverse and innovative business solutions and bolstering business development.  She has been the lead on several multi-million-dollar projects with systematic strategies to exceed targets in global markets.  

She is proficient in championing system transformation and risk mitigation by breaking through cross-functional barriers and generating consensus and commitment to goals.  Expert in cybersecurity, cybersecurity training, business continuity, disaster recovery, and the full range of managed services.   

 

Brad Brownell, is the Business Development Executive of AxE IT Consulting Inc. that has a strong sales and technology background, with over ten years of invaluable managerial experience of working for diverse companies.  Highly focused, with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Training, and Business Continuity, He is also passionate about accelerating business performance through information technology.  

He is an expert business strategist with a sound understanding of organizational development and sales.  He is a skilled communicator with over a decade of experience providing companies with successful solutions to building organizational success and is an innovative thinker who detects more efficient ways of growing company assets by recommending new products, revolutionizing current product offerings, and testing new market approaches. 

Brad graduated with college and university degrees in counseling, theology and leadership. Brad is also a Certified Life Coach and ordained to perform weddings in Alberta.
