THE ROLE

The Marketing Specialist is the member of the team who develops the Systema Solutions brand and drives market awareness to support the company's achievement of business objectives. This person shall assist in the achievement of sales revenues by executing lead and demand generating activities and will ensure that the marketing plan is carried out consistently. 

 

THE RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement the Systema Solutions marketing strategy. 

  2. Map out events for Systema Solutions to participate or sponsor and the project management included in managing the event. 

  3. Work on the production of marketing assets required to maximize the effectiveness of Systema Solution's marketing campaigns and materials across all relevant media. 

  4. Create and safekeep an updated marketing list of the company's customers for use in email marketing activities. 

  5. Pre-qualify inbound leads and perform outbound telemarketing activities as necessary. 

  6. Ensure timely and relevant content posting the on company's social media channels. 

  7. Source, negotiate and work with suppliers as needed for the creation of the company's marketing assets. 

THE QUALIFICATIONS 

  1. At least 2-3 years relevant marketing experience, preferably gained from the IT industry but not mandatory. 

  2. Has basic understanding of marketing management concepts and social media marketing. 

  3. Intermediate Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365 skills. 

  4. Preferably with experience in using the following tools: 

    1. MailChimp ​

    2. Wix

    3. Adobe Photoshop 

  5. Proven marketing and event management experience. 

  6. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. 

  7. Attention to detail and strong sense of organization. 

  8. High degree of prioritization and deadline/milestone driven. 

  9. Strong problem solving skills and requires minimal supervision.
