WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AT SYSTEMA SOLUTIONS.

THE CULTURE

We treat our team members like family. We value meaningful professional relationships with our people and a healthy balance of work and personal time. While we have a family-style kind of culture, we hold our people to live up to the standards of the values we live by, and that is transparency, innovation, quality, and compassion.

THE WORK ENVIRONMENT

We're a crazy bunch, but in a professional way. We like to have fun while delivering challenging projects and assignments. Most of us work remotely in a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift (CA time) so we spend most of our employee activities in a virtual setup.

OUR TEAM MEMBER QUALITIES

The successful team members at Systema Solutions are those who thrive in an agile and growing company, a self-starter and requires minimal supervision. While we provide upskilling and we ensure the individual career growth of our people, we also gravitate towards someone who is eternally curious and passionate about learning.
